Easy check in process, friendly staff in an excellent location with an easy and free shuttle bus to and from Disneyland. The rooms are a little dated but clean and well maintained and represent value for money. Will definitely choose to stay here again on our next Disney trip!

We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a mixed experience. Firstly, we appreciated the excellent location, which made it convenient for exploring the area. The room was recently renovated, and we could still smell fresh paint. It was well-equipped with brand-new pans, glasses, a stove, a fridge, and a microwave, which were great for preparing meals. However, we were surprised to find there was no kettle for warming water, although there was a Lavazza coffee machine available. The beds were comfortable and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the room's temperature was locked at 19 degrees Celsius, which made it very uncomfortable. We had to keep our coats on during the stay to stay warm, even though the reception area was properly heated. This was a significant downside to our experience. As for the breakfast, it was a complete disappointment and felt like a waste of money. The selection was extremely poor, with barely any options available. We highly recommend skipping breakfast and instead buying ingredients to prepare your own meals in the room. Overall, while the location and room setup were positive, the lack of temperature control and poor breakfast options significantly impacted our comfort and satisfaction. Given the high price, the hotel does not offer good value for money. Only stay here if you have no other option.

Booked this hotel via tui Holidays, as a disney approved hotel, we stayed Monday-Friday, on check-in hotel had a strong smell of paint as I think it was being partly refurbished.. room was not clean, was small, bath was tiny, toilet was separate from shower room with no way to wash hand, unless you open 2 doors then go into bathroom to wash hands, not very hygienic! Not sure what the smoking law is in Paris but seems some residents were smoking in hallways & room balconies, place was overwhelming with cigarette smoke.. had to pay extra for room tax.. we had 4 nights here, but you had to pay extra for room cleaning and extra towels! Not good. Sofas in reception looked very grubby, staff I think was rude most of the time and giving wrong information. Also told staff on 2 occasions to setout bed in living area as we had no idea, and they falled to do so, (was 3 of us in a 1 bedroom apartment). was told by tui holidays a shuttle bus runs every 15min outside hotel "lies". Bus stop was about 100yards down road, and did not run every 15min. (disneyland was only about 1mile from this hotel). Avoid this hotel at all cost...

Location of shuttle bus can be better publicized. Used tgv and intended to use shuttle to get to hotel but found out that it was quite far from tgv station. Used taxi in the end. Check in is good, room is comfortable. Can be better if basic amenities like kettle and hair dryer provided. If not provided, state outright in hotel room description. Reception did try to accommodate to request but did not have immediate stock of items and was asked to wait till tomorrow morning for the items as kept by housekeeping. The items were not provided automatically the next morning despite repeated requests the previous night and only manage to get the hairdryer when we request again physically with front desk and have to bring it myself to room. Gave up on the kettle. On outgoing shuttle to Disneyland, reception gave wrong information on the bus stop to wait. The correct bus stop is at the other side of road. Hotel information/picture on bus stop to and from can be more specific on which one is to or from and not rely on reception to explain which is prone to human error/miscommunication/misunderstanding. The location of hotel is good and ideal for Disneyland visit. Being next to mall brings convenience, another plus to location. Room is clean and comfortable. WiFi speed is good. Television in room is not working.

Less than 5 min drive from the Disney hotels and park. Apartments are well equipped, not very big accounting we were 7 people, but enough. Completely recommended.
