Arrival here was lovely we were greeted by Adam who checked us in quickly. In the reception area there is a little shop to start you off. There is plenty of seating to relax and a pool table. Then there's a lovely bar that serves a selection of alcoholic beverages and your favourite Starbucks coffee. Opposite here, there is a games room to help keep the children entertained. However, we didn't use this. Everywhere is clean and smells fresh. On arriving at our room, it was clean and comfortable, although the mattress is very firm. Which personally I don't like but can not mark it down for my personal preference. The kitchen area has everything you need: a fridge, cooker utensils, and a dishwasher. The coffee machine was perfect for my morning coffee. The windows open fully, so let plenty of fresh air in. The view from our window was lovely looking over a lake. The shuttle bus runs regularly to the park with the last one around 22:40 This is a place I would recommend to friends and family, and we are already looking to rebook.

I honestly don’t know how this hotel is so highly rated the positives are: it is 10 min drive from Disney (€10 ish on bolt) and there is a shuttle service offered which is great! The room is equipped with basic things you need to cook some breakfast etc. Now negatives - I was room 209 with a view over the pool. The pool was not open despite being a huge part of the advertisement online when booking which is misleading. Don’t advertise using the pool in March if it isn’t open until mid April. The hotel don’t allow you to control your own heat / cooling system at random times so you have to feel uncomfortably hot or cold with nothing you can do about it. The room is so noisy, the main point of a hotel is to offer a good night sleep that was not possible here in my room. Parents let their kids run down the hallways at past midnight screaming and singing etc. and the rooms are not soundproofed at all and there are no signs telling people to be quiet after certain times. Then loud mother meetings, cleaning etc early in the morning. There is a large flock of geese outside the hotel who honk all night long, yet again no soundproofing on the windows at all, if the pool was actually open it would wake you up with all the noise. Some of the pillows were rock hard and the bed sheets were barely on the bed we had to redo it. Also the shower in this room does not work it fluctuates from freezing cold to boiling hot and actually scalded my partner on the head. When we complained they did not care they sent up a technician who took half hour to come and then just said it is because the water system is connected too all apartments and to just run the tap for 15 mins before hand (what a waste) then test with your hand. This did not work but I gave up trying and just had uncomfortable showers constantly hopping in for 10 seconds then back out for the duration of my shower. I would maybe come back here when visiting Disney in future but not longer than a few days and would ask to be the other side away from the lifts and the pool so it was hopefully quieter. I have stayed in many different aparthotels in Europe but this one is definitely the worst and is no more than 3 stars. My partner also emailed in advance to tell them it was my birthday and try to get some flowers delivered for the room but got no response.

Absolutely perfect. From the reception to the rooms, to all basic information about the Disneyland Paris and the excellent possibility to take a shuttle bus directly to Disneyland which also departs directly from the hotel entrance. On the main road, even at short intervals, a bus goes directly there. We were really super satisfied and the breakfast was great, the staff is really great and fulfilled our every wish. Thank you for this wonderful experience, we will gladly come back! Absolutely recommended.

We landed in Nice and met some other tourists who had stayed here before with a school group and suggested it to us. We got a great deal. The hotel has frequent shuttles from the station and the rooms are excellent. Spacious and very neat and clean. The staff was very helpful, specially Adam. Everyone else was amazing too. Would highly recommend the place for families. We did our own cooking all the time. Room comes with an equipped kitchen. Microwave and dishwasher. Hotel has laundry facility too. Amazing and memorable stay.

Fantastic hotel. I would 100% stay here again. We had the most stunning views, Breakfast was great, Lovely staff, Felt very warm and happy. Sooo clean too. Shuttle bus to Disney was great but they stop from 11 to 4pm so you would have to get the public bus to Disney witch is outside the main road of the hotel. Rooms amazing everything you needed. Just a perfect stay. Thank you
