This hotel is overrated. The atmosphere and character experiences are amazing, of course, the hotel is simply gorgeous and the rooms are great, not to mention the nice views of the park...but the concierge aren't great (it took us about 1 ½ hours to actually get our bags), the pool is fine, but a bit underwhelming and freezing. Nice hotel, but NOT 5-Star, 3¾ Star at most.

Was lovely . Had a special birthday here. Had a separate entrance to the park and was right at the entrance. Main reception staff were very helpful and kind. Rooms cleaned everyday. Took away one star for buffet meal as we didn’t really think it was worth the price. Went full board but was told we had to pay extra for breakfast which was disappointing. Used hotel buffet for convenience but there a nicer places to eat like Cinderella restaurant. But we did get to meet characters at the buffet. Tables abit to close together for getting in and out. The lobby is beautiful but busy with non paying guests. Pool area nice but small . Pool cold.

What can I say? The hotel is simply sublime, rooms are spacious with all amenities included you can think of, the beds are perfect to relax and recharge on after a day in the parks. Hotel facilities that are included (pool, sauna, gym, resturants) are fantastic, pool especially good for a relaxing swim with changing rooms spotless with clarins products included for washing with after your swim. If you have children the ability to book to see the princesses is beyond fantastic, a way to meet them without hurry or rush or waiting in long queues. The hotels location at the park gates makes it great to pop back to relax or take advantage of the facilities in the D lounge for deluxe rooms or castle club. Love the smell throughout the hotel too.

Staying in this hotel was a dream come true! The hotel itself is simply stunning and the room was perfectly royal-themed. The staff that we interacted with were efficient and kind. The hotel's private entry to Disneyland Park was a fantastic touch - knowing we had a shorter line each time was great. Yes, the price is higher than I would typically pay, but for a special occasion, this is a great choice and well worth the extra money.

A nice hotel and a great experience in the parks but unfortunately on the last night of our 3 night stay in the hotel, 2 teenagers tried to break into our room. We shut the door on them and they kicked the door multiple times and chased them. When I mentioned this to 2 staff members they didn’t seem that bothered. No higher management to action anything or a police matter. For a 5 star hotel with premium costs, we wish there was surveillance, better security, more staff, or something so the non residents are running around corridors and limited to less access.
