This trip was a good experience but the last one was horrible. Not consistent. The food court is not good if you ate looking for healthy. They wete very accommodating this time but last visit refused even though I have allergies. We could not get a preferred room but the Grandstand room we had was very good. Will consider it again. Your first on bus and first off. First off at night is very beneficial for us since we are in our late 70's. However it is a long bus ride to park and everywhere you go has to be a bus ride. Big disadvantage. You can walk to Disney Springs but it is really not a short walk especially if it's hot or old like us. The point value is less than our Beach Club Resort which is home but sometimes it just doesn't work to get your home Resort.

We had the most magical stay at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort! My niece unexpectedly lost her tooth during our visit to Walt Disney World, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to keep the Disney magic alive. They surprised her with a personalized letter “from Tinker Bell and the Tooth Fairy,” complete with a sweet message congratulating her on losing her tooth. Seeing her eyes light up was absolutely priceless! The resort’s attention to detail, combined with the friendly and thoughtful staff, truly made our vacation unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that embodies the Disney spirit and makes every moment special—especially the surprise ones—this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa! It’s a very relaxing resort to stay at. The rooms are beautiful and the one we had had its own washer and dryer. Always a great benefit after going into the parks on a warm sweaty day. It’s a joy to stay there.

Our studio room was very clean, and I really loved the new look of the refurbished rooms that was done a few years ago. The food that we had there was good. The meatloaf dinner was excellent! The grounds were lovely as well.

Perfect place to stay if the trip is just Disney Springs shopping. It is literally a short boat ride or stroll away. The food court and resort activities and amenities make a resort only stay worth it as well.
